- Incredible 1902 Kansas City Solid 14K Brooch and Lion Pendant with Diamond Eyes and a Brilliant Round Red Ruby in its Mouth – 18.2 Grams – Inscribed F.F. Rozzelle Kansas City MO – Originally belonging to Frank Finley Rozzelle (1855 – 1923) Very Prominent Kansas City Attorney, he attended the University of Missouri at Age 15, then Law School at the University of Michigan. He was appointed to the Kansas City Police Board by Governor Francis and named City Counselor by Mayor Holmes. He argued before the Missouri Supreme Court, and was the Personal Family Lawyer to Mr Nelson of the Nelson Atkins Museum!! Mr. Rozzelle was 1 of the original Founding Donors for the Nelson Atkins Art Museum, and the famous Marble Courtyard inside the museum, Rozzelle Court, is named after him.
